Despite strong price growth in 2021, apartment property prices are still in recovery mode and well below previous highs. The good news is that our major banks are confident of further price growth, with ANZ and Westpac predicting 17% and 15% increases respectively by the end of 2021.  The dramatic fall in building approvals (Private sector dwellings excl. houses down -28.6% in April)  will continue to restrict supply further fueling the property boom.
