Meriton Named Australia’s No.1 Apartment Builder for Third Consecutive Year

Meriton has once again been recognised as Australia’s leading apartment builder, securing the No.1 position in the 2025 HIA COLORBOND® Steel Housing Top 100 Report for the third year in a row.

The report highlights Meriton’s continued leadership in delivering much-needed housing supply, with the developer also ranking third nationally for the total number of new homes completed, delivering 3,029 apartments across Sydney and Queensland. This milestone underlines the gradual re-emergence of multi-unit construction in key metropolitan markets.

Meriton’s Founder & Managing Director, Harry Triguboff AO, said the recognition reflects both the company’s resilience and its long-standing commitment to building quality homes for Australians.
