- %Management Fee is 5.5% of rent monies collected (inc GST)
- %Letting Fee is 110% of one weeks rent (inc GST) this is the same as 1 x weeks rent plus GST
- $Monthly Administration Fee of $3.30 incl GST
- $Lease Preparation Fee of $33.00 is charged each time a lease is prepared
- %A lease Renewal Fee of half a week’s rent + GST (55%) charged when a lease is renewed with an existing tenant
- $Tribunal preparation & attendance $220.00 (inc GST)
- $Tribunal Application Fee when Meriton make the application to tribunal on your behalf as the Owner is currently at $72.00 which will increase slightly again in July. The agreement states that this is “At Cost” and payable Upon Invoice.
