Harry Celebrates Awards and Accolades

And few people take greater pride in that success than Meriton Founder and Manager Director, Harry Triguboff, who is always delighted to see the company’s buildings and, most importantly, its people recognised for their outstanding achievements.

In 2025 awards included:

In 2026 awards included:

• Meriton – NSW Excellence in Building Awards in Residential Construction (>$60m) ‘Trilogy’ Macquarie Park NSW Australian Institute of Building.
• Meriton – NSW Excellence in Building Awards in Residential Construction (>$60m) ‘Manet’, Eastgardens Australian Institute of Building.
• Meriton – NSW Excellence in Building Awards in Residential Construction ($25 – $60 million) ‘Rivera The Signature Collection’ Eastgardens NSW Australian Institute of Building.

Last week, it was Meriton Suites’ turn to take centre stage, with the hotel group celebrating a number of impressive wins at the AHA NSW Awards for Excellence and AHA QLD Awards for Excellence.

Meriton Suites Sussex Street, Sydney was named the winner of the Best Apartment Style Accommodation Award, recognising the team’s commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Mr Triguboff congratulated Hotel Manager Juliet Yaakoup and Front Office Manager Dylan Lovatt, for their outstanding leadership and dedication.

“I would like to congratulate Juliet Yaakoup and Dylan Lovatt, for their exceptional commitment and leadership to our hotel,” Mr Triguboff said.

“It reminds me of the terrific culture we have at Meriton where we all work together to keep the cog turning.”

Congratulations also to Stanley Wang, who was Highly Commended in the Rooms Division Talent of the Year category.

“At the AHA QLD Awards for Excellence, Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise also took out the Best Suite/Apartment Hotel,” Mr Triguboff said.

“We win lots of awards and accolades for excellence and I believe that is because we all work so well together.”

The latest awards are another proud achievement for the Meriton team and a reflection of the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence – both in the quality of its properties, and in the people who bring the Meriton and Meriton Suite’s experience to life every day.
